License plates cost $34 per plate or if you'd like to customize the plate, it is an additional $128. Each plate also requires a $6 production fee. 老司机福利社 University will submit requests directly to PennDot monthly; PennDot asks that we allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of personalized plates.
